Release the tension in your jaw…

Unfurl the space between your eyebrows…

Soften your gaze…

Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.

Tune in to the pulsing rhythm of your heartbeat…

Consider how you feel in this moment?

Where in your body do you feel it?

Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.

For a moment, pause and just be.
